the overall experience left much to be desired. My daughter’s TV didn’t work, and maintenance was unresponsive. To make matters worse, I found someone staring at me while I was in the shower. this was not okay.

During my stay, I encountered a serious issue with the cleanliness of the room. The hair dryer was falling off the wall when in use, which was quite concerning. Additionally, the towels were dingy and had strings hanging from them, making me uncomfortable about their hygiene.

The experience here was quite disappointing. Our room was not clean, and we had to request fresh bedding as well as bathroom cleaning before we could settle in for the night. However, the cleaning staff who assisted us was very friendly and genuinely apologetic about the state of the room, which I appreciated.

great access to parks and cultural hotspots for weekend explorers

I enjoyed my recent stay with quick access to parks, especially Betty Virginia Park that was just under 3 km away, perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the Cathedral of St John Berchmans, only about 2.5 km from the hotel, which made my city exploration so easy and enriching. the staff also made me feel at home with their friendly service, though I think they could improve the breakfast offerings a bit.
